MEMBERSHIP RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Members may use Center during any operating hours (Enrichment program subject to separate fee.
2. Members are allowed to bring guests, however guest must pay the entrance fee at the regular price.
3. Members who allow other persons to use their membership card will have their membership privileges revoked.
4. Members must abide by all membership and facility rules and regulations.
5. Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Lost membership cards may be replaced with this contact as your receipt and a $5 replacement fee.

LIABILITY WAIVER : In consideration of KIDZ Inc. granting me (or any child or ward of mine) the privilege of participating in activities in KIDZ, I hereby covenant not to sue and agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify KIDZ, Inc., its trustees, officers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively “KIDZ”) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, actions of causes of action whatsoever, for omissions constituting negligence of ISG’s part, except for willful or wanton negligence or misconduct. I acknowledge that I have been advised of potential dangers inherent in the program and that I am personally responsible for and voluntarily assume the risks of injury or damage to person or property, except as limited above.

2. If organization’s members would like to stay after the meeting they will need to pay the regular admission fee.
